Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S., B.B.A.) & Higher Diploma
The Bachelor's online university degree and the Higher Diploma provide students with comprehensive knowledge in specific fields of study. Students acquire a full understanding of all subjects related to the major. A Bachelor's is the equivalent to a four year college degree and a Higher Diploma is the equivalent of 3 years of study.

The course curricula of both, the Bachelor's degree and the Higher Diploma, are entirely based on published textbook material and adjusted to the student's personal goals. The final exam consists on writing several 20 to 35 pages reports based on each of the textbooks assigned.


BACHELOR'S DEGREE (B.A., B.S., B.B.A. - 130 credits)
  • 130 credits above a Secondary School.
  • Duration ranges from 1 to 3 years.
  • Program Structure: 100% based on textbooks.
  • Admission is open for adults over 23 years of age.
  • General education minimum requirements: A minimum transfer of 40 credits from previous education should be accounted as an equivalent of general education credits.
  • Maximum cost of 7.100 Euros (or 9,100 US$)
  • Payment plans are available at your corresponding BIU Office. Final cost may be reduced to 3.250 Euros (or 4,095US$) depending on the amount of credits transferred from previous education and experience. Cost per BIU earned credit: 70 Euros or 90 US$. Cost per credit transferred from previous education: 20 Euros or 25 US$.

HIGHER DIPLOMA (90 credits)
  • 90 credits above a Secondary School.
  • Duration ranges from 1 to 2 years.
  • Program Structure: 100% based on textbooks.
  • Admission is open for adults over 21 years of age.
  • General education minimum requirements: A minimum transfer of 30 credits from previous education should be accounted as an equivalent of general education credits.
  • Maximum cost of 4.800 Euros or 6,150 US$
  • Payment plans are available at your corresponding BIU Office. Final cost may be reduced to 2.450 Euros (or 3,095$) depending on the amount of credits transferred from previous education and experience. Cost per BIU earned credit: 70 Euros or 90 US$. Cost per credit transferred from previous education: 20 Euros or 25 US$.
