It is very exceptional that any company or receiving institution will accept a degree by merely showing the paper diploma and other documents. How can anyone make sure that those papers were not made up? For this reason, companies and organizations all over request different means to make sure about the validity of the degrees presented to them. Bircham International University offers several validation options from independent third party organizations as well as the standard international legalization procedures, but such options do have a costs and may take some time. Consequently BIU also provide the following easy and free options for the verification of your student or graduate good standing status at BIU. This reference is often enough for many receiving institutions.
a) BIU Network list - Free and automatic for all BIU students and graduates at BIU Network

in case you need to provide any direct references about your student file status at BIU. BIU may also send a confirmation email as per requested, or can even send a PDF copy of your graduation documents if required.

d) Graduation Set Documents
Bircham International University provides much more than a diploma. The graduation set documents provide a comprehensive report of your academic achievements, credits earned and transferred, course descriptions, program textbooks, etc... The Graduation Set Documents do prove the extent and depth of your program of study at BIU. These documents are: Diploma, Diploma Supplement, Transcript, Evaluation Reports (Academic Assignments Control Form), Research Evaluation Form (Thesis or Projects). Additionally BIU provides an Official Diploma Translation (with your picture) and a Transcript Attachment describing all the courses earned at BIU in several languages (English, Spanish, French or Portuguese). Original copies of any of these documents may be issued from Europe or the USA.

- IACET - CEUs - Credits Validation Certificates
Bircham International University is a provider of non-formal distance learning higher education, thus other educational institutions may be reluctant to accept a non CHEA accredited online university degree. Although, BIU may issue Continuing Education Units (CEUs) equivalency certificates of any online university courses credits earned at BIU. Bircham International University is an authorized provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) recognized by the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) from Washington DC, USA. IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are widely accepted and recognized by many higher education institutions and companies worldwide. Thus, some of the institutions reluctant to accept a BIU distance learning degree will be willing to recognize the equivalent Continuing Education Units Certificates. BIU may issue one certificate per every online university course listed in the BIU Transcript.
- USA CUFCE - Equivalency Certification
CUFCE - California University Foreign Credentials Evaluation and Research-Amorsolo Foundation is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. Its mission is to insure that all immigrants who are educated in their country of origin are given the best tools for faster integration into the U.S. by awarding them the U.S. educational equivalency of all their studies and give them academic credits for their specialized work experience towards the completion of a degree. CUFCE will issue a California University equivalency transcript and diploma of any earned BIU degree.
- EQAC - Accreditation Diploma
EQAC - Educational Quality Accrediting Commission issues a certificate that shows the accreditation status of Bircham International University, the name of the graduate, degree, program of study, total number of credits and hours of study.

BIU graduates may join many professional associations. Membership requirements for each association may vary depending on the degree program, specialization and graduate resume en each occasion. BIU can not guarantee membership in all instances. BIU does not intermediate in these procedures.
