Therapeutic diets, food, and nutritional supplements are used to restore the normal physiological functioning and structural integrity of the body and its organs. Supplying our cells and tissues with the adequate quantity, frequency, and quality of micronutrients will restore the biochemical balance from which health and well-being spring.

There is no discrimination with respect to race, color, sex, beliefs and/or religion. A minimum of 30% of the total number of credits required by any adult degree program syllabus has to be transferred from previous education and/or validated from professional experience in order to gain admission.
