International Law via distance learning
International law is the native framework to resolve disputes both in foreign policies and international economic transactions. This Doctor Ph.D. Degree explains how international law and its organizations influence the ways in which nations and multinational companies justify their claims, reject their adversaries, build coalitions, and negotiate feasible compromises. It provides useful information on the principles of international law and the problems facing its application, including the use of military force, arm control, international human rights, environment, investment, and trade. The political and legal nature of international organizations is also addressed. An efficient international law must reconcile between the claims and the practices of states and multinational companies.
