Bachelor's Degree - Arts & Humanities

Paleontology via distance learning

This Bachelor's Degree in paleontology focuses on the study of ancient life, from dinosaurs to prehistoric plants, mammals, fish, insects, fungi, and even microbes. Fossil evidence reveals how organisms changed over time and what our planet was like long ago. Paleontology is the study of what fossils tell us about the ecologies of the past, about evolution, and about our place, as humans, in the world. Paleontology incorporates knowledge from different disciplines to understand the processes that have led to the origination and eventual destruction of the different types of organisms since life arose.
