This Specialist - Expert Diploma integrates counseling with the fields of psychology, education, and sociology. It presents the intervention strategies and techniques used in counseling while explaining the techniques (namely listening, focusing and inquiring) of patients interview. In addition, it demonstrates how to assess the problem(s), wellness status and growth areas; and how to develop a goal-oriented change process with the patient.
