Mindfulness via distance learning

The program of mindfulness explains a type of meditation that focuses on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness has proven to be a very efficient therapeutic tool. It involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we're sensing in the present moment rather than recreate the past (which easily leads to depression) or anticipate the future (which may trigger anxiety).
