Innovation Management via distance learning

This program of innovation management explores the planning and process behind coming up with ideas, turning them into action plans and developing them for the business until they become a reality. It handles the activities needed to “introduce something new”, which in practice means things like coming up with ideas, developing, prioritizing and implementing them, as well as putting them into practice, for example by launching new products, or by introducing new internal processes. Innovation management allows the organization to respond to external or internal opportunities, and use its creativity to introduce new ideas, processes or products.
